5 MSIE8 layout poor (jsMath3.6c) - ID: 2874776

Details:

Quite a few problems are visible at http://nrich.maths.org/1402 in IE8 now.
Dropped square roots. Uncentred and dropped display maths. Small sample
attached.
The misformatting persists with fonts, images, images plus scaling. The
problems do not show up in IE6 or IE7 or FF or Safari.

Date: 2009-10-08 15:13 Sender: dpvc Yes, MSIE8 is pretty much crap. The next release of jsMath includes a fix for an alignment bug in MSIE8, and I hope that that will take care of your problem. My results when viewing the page you cite are different from yours, but still not aligned properly. Look for the fix in v3.6d when it is released. Davide
