5 Initial Client Setup - Accounting schema - empty line - ID: 2869877

Details:

The current initial client setup - accounting schema import does not
tolerate if the csv contains an empty line.
This is a trivial bug in the NaturalAccountMap.java

I attach the patch which enhances the logging a bit.
Please review and commit if appropriate.

Please note that I did the patch from "base" not from "trunk"!
