Details:

The SanDisk Sansa Clip+ seems to be pretty much the same as the previous
Clip devices. The USB device ID is 74d0, the vendor ID is 0781. I've tried
adding the device to media-players.h with the same flags as the Clip v2 and
it seems to work.
