error connection DB - ID: 2868813

I have installed all the software for pmdex, but when i put user and try to
connect i have the error "There was a problem retrieving the data.
If this Problem persists, Please Contact the System Administrator!" and
then "General Error in ajax-library: ajaxRecieveOpContent".
What i can do to correct this?
