Standards Based Linux Instrumentation

My last comment is incorrect. Found the problem in the diff for this bug,
patch forthcoming.

I rolled back CVS to the Oct 10 state and still see the problem.
I have no idea why my own testing, and even the ABT didn't hit this for
several days and now it is failing every time.

Did this symptom start after applying this patch?

A crash in the server provider is being observed. Attached is the stack
trace for the crash when the test case CHS_RIN_IS.xml was executed.

Also the test CHS_RI_IS.xml does not return any result.

These two files in conjunction will add a static instance of
SFCB_RegisteredProfile to the mofs installed with sfcb. Operations against
the instance will be handled by sfcb's profile provider.
