IP Address Filter - ID: 2863771

It would be a great to be able to customize ip address lists for filtering
within the open/dark net. This would add yet another layer of security (by
blocking known unwanted IP networks from becoming nodes). If the block list
could be imported from the PG2 (.dat) format would be great too, (like
eMule does).
