OmegaT - multiplatform CAT tool

Problem: some translators might want to use GT but would want to be in
more control over what is sent to GT, for confidentiality reasons.

Solution: make it possible for translators to send a segment to GT on
demand.

Suggested implementation:

* When the "Google Translate" tickbox is enabled, OmT sends
segments to GT automatically, and Ctrl+M inserts the translation
into the target field.

* When the "Google Translate" tickbox is disabled, Ctrl+M causes
OmT to send the segment to GT, and pressing Ctrl+M again then
inserts the translation into the target field.

This would make it possible for translators to decide for
themselves whether they're happy to send a given segment to GT or
not (based on how much the segment lacks an amount of confidential
information, and in relation to the translator's NDA with his
client).
