WtkJad inserts extra "http://" in front of midlet url - ID: 2858533

If the attribute "target" begins with "https://" the WtkJad task inserts an
extra "http://" in front of the midlet url.
The resulting midlet url becomes "http://https://...", which is
nonsensical.
