Backlight commands unrecognised - ID: 2856668

There are two backlight commands that lcdproc uses which PalmOrb does not
recognise, these result in random blocks placed on the display. This can be
safely ignored if need be.
The two commands are:
0xFE, 0x99, 0xFF - Set Brightness (for LKD)
0xFE, 0x59, 0x03 - Set Brighthess (for VFD)
