New Gun Emplacements for MegaMek - ID: 2855741

Here are more gun emplacements that I have made to increase their variety
in MegaMek. I have included both Clan and IS versions of large laser, PPC,
and missile gun emplacements, as well as a cruise missile gun emplacement
for the IS. I have also included a Calliope turret emplacement, based on
the ones seen in MW4.
