MC: Your notes are not what I recollect. device was deprecated
intentionally, precisely because the 'manufacturing' definition does not
really help at all (some reagents are manusfactured. some 'devices' are
not. HP's notes below are accurate.

We currently have neither device nor instrument in the file. I had kept
from the workshop notes that we would keep device and define it as "device
= material entity and is specified output of manufacturing process"
I am not sure what is the current status. Note that the term device is
used widely in labels, definitions etc.

instrument no longer exists, replaced by parent class processed material,
device also removed and replaced by measurement device defined class. more
work to do after cleanup workshop here adding new defined classes, cleaning
existing definitions and labels. also all MSI terms need logical defs,
classification classes by function removed and added as editor notes

Fixed the tubes by creating a parent class (test tube), and specified more
specifically that 'collection tube' as defined referred to a 'cell sorter
collection tube'. Making more specific labels will probably have to be done
for the entirety of devices.

collection tube, is a part of fluidics sytems, but is modelled as is-a
device. probably needs to renamed fluidics system collection tube and the
part of corrected.

e.g. sample tube - is a represented as a subclass of 'piezo electric
crystal' which itself is part of a sorter, sample tube inherits therefore
'perturbe function' which is a. spelled wrongly and b. should probably be
part of some 'sorter' rather than the crystal itself
