Details:

As clisp-link 2.48 changed its options, the Gentoo package needs a patch
for xindy to build, changing the way clisp-link is called.

This is the bug report:

From the ebuild we can solve this, but the problems are in Makefile.am and
Makefile.in.

A snapshot of 2.4 is available at http://www.xindy.org/xindy-2.4-SNAPSHOT.tar.gz. This snapshot has known errors both during build and usage, as reported on the xindy mailing list, and can only be used to see how the future build process will look like.
