OSD text: incorrect charset - ID: 2854097

SMPlayer 0.6.8 under Windows XP russian. Seems the OSD text which contains
russian text (such as "Громкоcть" - "Volume") is shown using
incorrect charset - "western" characters are shown instead of cyrillic.
