Open Hospital

Added Packet/Pieces selection in charge/discharge movement.
New quantity in pieces is automatically calculated.
If PcsXPck is 0 Packet will be disabled.

The new feature can track Ward drugs givings to patients,
movements from Main Pharmacy and stock status. It allow to insert more
drugs per patient per time.

A new logic for Main Pharmacy is needed: discharging pieces, not only
packets.

New functionality is available on CVS.

To close this feature and include it in the next release we will perform
some test and discussion.

By adding only a new table MEDICALSRSTOCKMOV_N (N stands for numerals) in
the DB should be possible to manage the new functionality by querying the
already existing tables MEDICALSR and MEDICALSRSTOCKMOV.

Proposed GUI are attached; the "Outcomes" tab should be populated from the
new table; Incomings and Drugs should be calculated after a join select on
MEDICALSR and MEDICALSTOCKMOV.

This process could bring to low performances but leave untouched the
current version of OH.
