"Make point-free" refactoring is broken - ID: 2849405

The "make point-free" refactoring used to be called via Cohatoe, but that
is now gone, so it no longer works. The code from lambdabot that performs
this refactoring could be integrated into Scion without too much trouble,
then called from EclipseFP.
