Fosstrak EPCIS

Hi,

In fosstrak's application.properties file, one can set the following
property:
# maximum number of result rows allowed for a single query before a
# QueryTooLarge exception is raised
maxQueryResultRows=100

According to the EPCGlobal Standard the QueryTooLarge Exception is defined
as follows:
An attempt to execute a query resulted in more data than the service was
willing to provide.

Thus an implementation is free to raise this exception.

As one can set the maximal query result the service is willing to provide
it would be nice to have this feature implemented in fosstrak.
