TOC Editing - ID: 2845089

I have a lot of PDF files that either have no table of contents or have
useless table of contents. It would be nice if Skim could be used to
create/manage the table of contents for a PDF. Ideally deleting TOC
entries, dropping a TOC marker in the PDF and editing the TOC entry should
be supported.
