version 3.8.3 file: mp3_parse.cpp variable: vbrheaderdata
line 470 VBR_HEADER_MAX_SIZE should be 120, not 116. See line 499.
8+4+4+100+4 = 120

I have seen MP3 files with all 4 flags used in line 499 set.
