ORMAP Parcel Editing Toolbar

I have installed the newest release of the ORMAP toolbar on a Dell Optiplex
960 workstation using ArcMap 9.2 and the Vista OS, and the MapIndex Edit
tool does not fill the attributes of my MapIndex feature. I select a
MapIndex feature that I created in my map, open the MapIndex Edit tool,
fill in all the required information, and click Apply. However, when I
check the attributes of the MapIndex table, they are Null. Additionally,
I've tried using the tool with .NET Framework 3.0 and 3.5, both with and
without SP1.
