Recipe Radar

With v1.32, upon entering Icecrown the following message appears multiple
times:

ASSERT FAILED: Mera Mistrunner has no coordinates

Opening RecipeRadar to browse the available Icecrown vendors, there are 2
vendors that do not show the map, Mera Mistrunner and Fizzix Blastbolt.
Checking the RegionData.lua file reveals that neither of these vendors have
coordinates listed. The ingame coordinates for these 2 vendors (as
displayed by TomTom) are;

Mera Mistrunner: 72.43, 20.98
Fizzix Blastbolt: 72.21, 20.90
