Internationalize slashem - ID: 2830164

I think it would be a good idea to add gettext support to slashem. It
would certainly help spread the game to people who do not speak English.
I'd be willing to do a bunch of the work (code-wise), but the 'You' class
of functions might need cleanup per "info gettext 'Preparing Strings'"
(will run on most *nix with gnu gettext installed)
