Resolved no exec in snmptt.debug - ID: 2829680

About the snmptt who didn't log the exec. Now it works.
I try on an other server sles 11 32 bit. I install the snmptt v 1.2
The make the other on works I have to copie de snmptt.ini file. At first i
did a diff between the to snmptt.ini from each server and with the same
config the service don't exec the command.
