Table centring - ID: 2827813

This has happened recently. Tables within <center> ... </center> tags are
not being centered.
In fact http://www.maidenheadtn.org.uk/ home page does not format properly
at all. Go to /soundfiles/ and the centred tables are no longer centred.
Something appears to have slipped in r8814.
Even the file upload box on this sourfore page is wrong, and NS is eating
memory again.
