5 recordmydesktop creates "broken" theora videos - ID: 2827013

See http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=583935 in which it was determined that the theora files created by R-M-D are "broken".

It seems to cause many problems with PiTiVi. Could I have your thoughts on this?

Okay, RMD really does create broken files. Today, I tried putting them
inside a HTML5 <video> tag. Browsers such as Firefox choke on it on
Windows. Theora files created by gstreamer do not cause this problem with
Firefox.
