Error handling filename with leading space. - ID: 2826386

Websynchronizer 1.5 fails to download a file from FTP server
(windows-based) if the filename contains leading space (ASCII 32). It sends
RETR command with stripped leading space, instead of enclosing the filename
in quotation marks.
