SOAP/Contants.pm defines DEFAULT_HTTP_CONTENT_TYPE for 1.2 as
'application/soap'
I believe this should be application/soap+xml as a SOAP::Lite service
rejects 'application/soap'.
application/soap+xml was added as an accepted type in r315
