mlterm(Multi Lingual TERMinal emulator)

Mouse wheel escape sequences (in mouse reporting mode) were apparently
partially fixed in a recent release, to use
the codes ^[[Ma.. and ^[[M`.. However, they are stilled followed by
additional subsequent mouse release sequences ^[[M#..
which confuse applications that try to handle mouse wheel movement. These
are superfluous and should just be removed, please.
