writing geometry columns in PostGIS slow when srid=-1 - ID: 2816500

When doing an insert in a PostgreSQL/PostGIS geometry column, row
throughput can be slow if the Geometry input field in GeoKettle has an
unknown SRS (-1 srid).
Insertion is significantly faster if a valid srid is set on the field.
