Fix auth failure due to unstripped euserpass - ID: 2815926

gsieve was failing to auth against dovecot's managesieve here (Dovecot
1.1.1 on Ubuntu 9.04)
Stripping the encoded password does the biz.
Still works against a Cyrus 2.2.3 installation.
