5 FetchPubChem is not working - ID: 2814527

Details:

The class FetchPubChem is not fetching the Compound SDF files. In line 111
there is a "if (true) continue;".
Do not know if it is a bug or a feature.

Date: 2009-07-02 14:37 Sender: dan2097 Hmm, to me it looks like a bug. I could imagine that maybe that line was added as a cludge to temporarily prevent the SDF files being downloaded. If the line you pointed out is removed it seems to work correctly and other than that line the code makes sense. I will get a second opinion then correct it on sourceforge. As there is apparently another bug in NewPubChem perhaps a bug fixed release will be needed

Hmm, to me it looks like a bug. I could imagine that maybe that line was
