xu4 - Ultima IV recreated

In the Moonglow reagent shop, the shopkeeper gives out the wrong reagents.
For example, if I go and buy 10 garlic, the shopkeeper gives me 10
ginseng.

I tried buying other reagents. The pattern seems to be that if you ask for
reagent x on the list, the shopkeeper gives out the reagent x-1.

Additionally, if you don't have any of reagent x, suddenly your reagent
screen will start listing reagent x, but with 0, while reagent x-1 gets
what should have gone to reagent x.

I'm using the latest snapshot, and this is the first time I've downloaded
and used xu4.
