GUI for iPod using GTK2 (gtkpod)

Hello gtkpod devs,

libgpod SVN currently doesn't allow to make a dist tarball.
itdb_tzinfo_data.h isn't copied to the dist tarball. Adding it to
Makefile.am helped:
