LCD Smartie

I see that, when i try set some text with national chars (polish characters
WIN1250) - have i problem witch char(191) 'ż'. This char is saved by
LCDSmartie to config.ini as '?' !!! When i change manualy with Notepad.exe
in config.ini this '?' up to char(191) - all work's good. Smartie when
starts read this char(191) as char(191). But when i change little this text
- smartie make save to ini file and - one more change char(191) up to '?'

it's some bug - i think
