We have nutrient in the role branch with an OBI ID- this is in CHEBI so we
should remove it and follow usual mireot principle for OBI.

Date: 2009-10-16 16:28 Sender: jenfostel cannot replace OBI nutrient role with nutrient from ChEBI because (1) the Chebi definition (a chemical element needed by all lifeforms) is not what OBI means by this term and (2) the OBI term is a role while the CHEBI term is not. We can import nutrient as a material entity but we still need the nutrient role in OBI.
