Clearer config references for DiskSaver - ID: 2806341

When configuring a DiskSaver instance, the user is made to use numbered
tags that must be documented elsewhere to make any sense, eg "{0}". It
would be better to allow the use of named placeholders, such as
"{timestamp}" and "{body}".
