Although Parser offers a constructor to set a custom ModelClassFactory, the
inheriting concrete parser classes do not. If you need something like this,
it effectively means copying code, which might be problematic due to
licensing issues.
Proposal: please add constructors with ModelClassFactory parameter to
PipeParser, XMLParser, GenericParser
