add math constants to PDL: pi, e,.. - ID: 2787823

It would be useful to have some standard math/science/engineering
constants available in PDL. e.g. I'm always calculating Pi and I
do it differently sometimes---name and/or implementation.
I suggest using the Readonly module if available, otherwise,
by hand. Just having consistent values and availability would
be nice.
