feature: set options for 'write POVRAY' via script - ID: 2770801

Through trial-and-error, I found I could write POVRAY files via 'write
POVRAY filename'. However, I still don't know how to e.g. switch off the
graphics display while rendering POV *from a Jmol script. I know it's
possible to set that parameter manually in the UI box that starts POVRAY
rendering. But I want to set that using a script command.
