Don't chmod/exec installManPage
Instead, run using $(SHELL), obviating the need to chmod +x the file
installManPage.
Patch for Tk also uses configure's @SHELL@ substitution instead of
hardcoding /bin/sh.
I don't know yet if it's possible for the source to be read-only; this
would be a first step in that direction.
