KDE config files installed when they shouldn't be - ID: 2767142

configure.in sets the AM_CONDITIONAL variable INSTALL_KDE_CONFIG_FILES if
it determined
that it should install the KDE files and found where to put them, but the
Makefile.am checks
for INSTALL_XSCREENSAVER_CONFIG_FILES when it's actually installing them.
The one-line change patch we use to fix this in the OpenSolaris packages of
rss-glx 0.8.1 & 0.8.3 is attached,
