5 Main window title changes only when a tab is created - ID: 2765347

Macbook Pro, 10.5.6
iTerm 0.9.6.20090415 (and SVN trunk)

- Ppen any bookmark into a new window
- The window title is "Shell" instead of bookmark's name (eg. "Unicode
Shell" or whatever)
- Create a tab
- Switch to another tab in window or delete freshly created tab
- Title changes to to tab bookmark's name

Attached a patch which seems to fix this.

Date: 2009-05-30 21:52 Sender: lteo I am also seeing similar behavior on iTerm 0.9.6.20090415 when I do the following: 1. Start iTerm. 2. Press Cmd-N to open a new window. The title is "Shell". 3. Press Cmd-I to open the Info window. 4. Change the title to something, let's say "Golf" and press Enter. The title does not change to "Golf"; instead it changes to "Default" (or whatever the bookmark name is, I think) 5. Press Cmd-T to open a new tab. Now the original tab's title will change to "Golf". Expected behavior is that the title should change to "Golf" immediately after changing the title in Step 4.
