Images of ThemePanel displayed incorrectly in IE - ID: 2721300

I included jscookmenu in my website and I would like to use Panel Theme.
The trouble is that even in the examples on the home page the main links
that have submenus
have images that are displayed incorrectly. Something is wrong with the
borders of these links.
I noticed it in IE6 and IE7.
