Using Space/Backspace to read a document is quite inconvenient, since the
backspace key is quite far away from the space bar. I usually use Page Up /
Page Down to read PDF files (kpdf), but djview uses that to skip
forward/backward one page.

So the (trivial) attached patch scrolls up when "B" is pressed, so I can
use "Space/B" to read my documents (like in "less").

If you later find a different use for the "B" key, please consider adding
some keyboard friendly way of reading documents (e.g. Page up / pagedown).
