5 XML Backup failing - ID: 2699228
Last Update: Comment added ( sf-robot )

I'm trying to get a backup of a fairly small project via XML export, but I
get the following message whenever I try to save the export to a file:

E:\sourceforge_export.xml could not be saved, because the source file could
not be read.

Try again later, or contact the server administrator.

Can you please help me get this working?

Hi Gretchen,

I just tried it on my project and it worked well. Can you please try it
again? It' possible there was an issue that has been resolved.

If you are still experiencing the issue, please detail the exact steps,
including URL's that you take and at what point you get an error message or
unexpected result.

If you need anything else, please post a response to this request.

Cheers!,
