Missing #include "memchanInt.h" in three files - ID: 2687845

The files:
generic/bufExt.c
generic/bufFix.c
generic/bufRange.c
are missing:
#include "memchanInt.h"
which is needed in order to #include <string.h> which is needed for the
declaration of memcpy().
