Remove binary/work files - ID: 2679672

This patch removes the vcddiff executable from the repository and all files
in the work directory. These should be rebuilt by the user and should not
be part of the distribution. I had removed both of these files in my
previous patch, but somehow they were not removed. Please make sure this is
applied correctly.
