The bug was originally discovered on Debian (see

Calculating
boltzmann * (20 °C)
yields
≈ 2.7613E-22 J + 273.15 K
I expect it should yield
≈ 4.0474E-21 J
which is equal to
boltzmann * ( (20 + 273.15) K )
