Details:

the NPlot.csproj file seems to be corrupt in the zip file download. I have
downloaded it twice and it will not load when opening the solution

If you open this file in wordpad, right at the very end of the file is
where the problem seems to be.

Date: 2009-03-25 01:30 Sender: jamcquay This is not a bug. The 0.9.10.0 release of NPlot requires that MSBEE be installed inorder to open the project http://www.codeplex.com/Wiki/View.aspx?ProjectName=MSBee This is a tool to allow users to compile for the .net 1.1 framework from visual studio 2005
