few rendering fixes towards web standards - ID: 2584521

A tiny step towards standards:
style rel="appendix stylesheet" now recognized
(for acid2 test)
background:none did not override background-color and background-image,
now it does
scrollTo(node) scrolled to the top of the bounding box including margins.
With acid2 test where margin-top is > 2000 pixels, clicking "pass test"
jumped to white nirvana. Now jumps to the picture pretty like firefox.
BTW, I appreciate your efforts, a pure java browser is a must-exist.
