Tracker: Bugs
On my windows XP SP3 system, with quite a few development tools loaded, the
program reports it cannot find this dll on startup. It is not readily
available for download from Microsoft, MS documentation suggests it is one
of the more esoteric DLLs for Visual Basic 6, not part of "minimal"
deployments.
